We proudly stand behind the products we sell. All our products may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date.

• All Isotonic Pillows and Mattress Pads may be returned within 30 days of your product's shipping date. These items will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns.See detailed return policy information.
• Isotonic Mattress Sets may be returned within 60 days of your product's shipping date for a full refund less all shipping charges (including original).

Making a Return

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To get an RMA#, Please call us at 1-800-935-4222 (M-F 8am - 5pm PST).

• Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
• If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request an RMA for credit and place a new order.
• Customer is responsible for original shipping cost when returning non-defective products that offered "free shipping". You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. Please note that some items may cost more than $100 to return. this policy applies to all orders cancelled after they have been shipped.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and accessories. Item(s) will be inspected upon return before any exchanges or refunds are made.
