All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To get an RMA#, Please call us at 1-800-935-4222 (M-F 8am - 5pm PST).
- Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
- If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request an RMA for credit and place a new order.
- Customer is responsible for original shipping cost when returning non-defective products that offered "free shipping".
You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. Please note that some items may cost more than $100 to return. this policy applies to all orders cancelled after they have been shipped.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition,
and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards (not filled out),
manuals and accessories. Item(s) will be inspected upon
